Dead Space 2 Coverage Update

While the two stage demos were heavy on action and dramatic flair, the 10 minutes leading up to those parts focused more on the game’s atmospheric and cerebral side. Early on, Isaac starts in the bottom of a big, silo-like room. We’re told he has to get up to a…

Without oxygen we cannot live for a moment even. Without oxygen, the animal world will die away. Trees make the oxygen and spreads it in the air. While inhaling air we take the oxygen with it into our bodies and live in life.

Carbon dioxide makes our atmosphere or rather our environment poisonous for us. Trees consume this carbon dioxide and thereby makes our environment safe for us.

Trees also give us many other benefits. We get fruit and flowers from the trees. Trees provide us with fuel and timbers. In summer, they bear the scorching rays of the sun and give us cool shade under them. Trees in our forests draw the rain from the clouds floating in the sky. Trees in our forests check the quick flow of rain-water and thereby check the occurrence of high flood in our rivers. On the other hand, this slow process of water-flow gives us good water all throughout the year through streams and streamlets with their sweet melodious music.

Trees conserve our soil. This soil-conservation is very important for our corn-fields. Trees make own land fertile by their fallen leaves. By their fallen leaves they make new soil for us. Most of the forest-products are the products from the trees in the forests, absentee of trees will cause a lot of harm to us and to our life. So the number of trees should be multiplied by the tree-plantation by us.

We should plant trees near our houses and near our villages for a forestation with a view to raising new forests. We should plant trees on the two sides of the roads and paths and on the four sides of our corn-fields. We should plant trees on all the vacant places in our village on towns where we live, and we should advise all to do so.

TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE, WORKING IN A COMPANY

Posted by Sourav's BLOG On Thursday, November 11, 2010 4 comments

People, working in a company, can be of two kinds; ones who are productive, produce results, their performance adds value to the overall scheme of things and the others look busy, but are not really productive.

There are certain attributes that define both the categories. The productive employees always have a plan for the day and they get people to work and are great taskmasters. Whenever they are dealing with a customer, subordinate or senior, they mean business. On the other hand, the looking-busy employees have no plan for their own. They spend their time tending to work that comes their way and are a target for the taskmasters to run chores for them.

Apart from having their own plan, the productive employees work the plan. They are creative, responsible and accountable. As they take responsibility and own up the results, no matter good or bad, they instinctively rise to leadership. But the looking-busy employees wait for instructions. They don't take decisions themselves and bank on others to make decisions for them. Distractive by nature, these employees always need to be pushed and motivated to get on track with their work.

The productive employees are able to deliver results. They are not afraid of making mistakes, instead they learn from their mistakes. They are optimistic in their attitude, not being afraid of unexpected results.

Unlike the productive employees, the looking busy employees think that delivering results is a frightful task. Although they can deliver daily tasks, results span over a period of time and they cannot keep vision of that. Because of low self esteem and lessening faith in their abilities, success is an alien thought to the looking busy employees.

For a rising career graph, one has to produce results. Many people would like to believe themselves as productive, but it is only a comparative analysis that can give a clearer picture. Risks have to be taken and challenges have to be faced.
